Minister Timothy D. Vinegar was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is married to Peggy Vinegar. They have two children, Tim Jr. and daughter, Toria. Tim was not raised in the church but reluctantly began going to church with his wife, who wanted to be with someone who at the very least attended church regularly. Caught by the word of God, Tim gave his life to Christ in 1981 and was filled with the Holy Spirit in March of 1982. In 1983, he and Peggy joined Cincinnati Bible Way Church (CBWC). Since joining CBWC, his service to the Kingdom of GOD at CBWC has been extensive from cutting grass to educator to Vice-president of the CBWC Board of Directors.
He served for several years on the Usher Board. Served as head over the Diaconate Board, along with wife, Peggy. When CBWC first formed the church's Couples Ministry, Tim and his wife Peggy were the facilitators.
As an educator, Tim is a dynamic teacher and many who hear him commend his cutting edge style of teaching. He has been teaching Sunday School for over 20 years, starting with the youth to teaching the adult class. Tim has been a vital part of Eagle's Bible Institute (EBI, which is CBWC’s Higher Education/Technology School). He has attended and completed many courses, workshops and conferences within EBI. He first felt God moving him toward the prophetic and spent time honing the prophetic mantle that is upon him. Tim serves as the Director of School of the Prophets and heads the Prophetic Presbytery.
He is also an actor as well the director of Paradigm Troup, the theatrical arm of the Arts Ministry. Tim was also a member of the Forever Judah Music Ministry.
God allowed Tim to travel with Apostle James Blue in his earlier years which allowed him to be discipled by Apostle James firsthand.
